Terms of Service

Bizclo is a marketplace platform operated by BIZCLO (“we”, “us”). By using bizclo.com you agree to these terms.

Purchases.Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Orders are fulfilled by the brand you buy from. Prices include what’s shown at checkout plus any shipping and tax collected there.

Returns.Contact the brand’s support (shown on your receipt) within 14 days of delivery for return or exchange questions. Limited-run items may be final sale where stated.

Brand and supplier accounts.You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you publish — product claims, pricing, and capability catalogs — and for having rights to any content you upload or generate. Don’t publish content that is unlawful or infringes others’ rights; we may remove content or suspend accounts that do.

The service.Bizclo is provided “as is” while in active development. Features may change. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
